Watermelon, Mint & Raspberry

This one is amazing for your immunity as it’s cram-packed with vitamins and minerals. It’s more of a summer smoothie as it’s revitalising and is best when served icy cold, however, with it’s amazing, nutritious content, it could be a great thing to incorporate into a cold winter morning, helping you through the day, blocking those cold and flu and germs getting into the system. Not to mention it’s super simple, consisting of just three ingredients, and water.

So, to make this minty, invigorating cocktail, here’s what you need:
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • Mint. The more, the mintier your smoothie
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup of water or coconut water

    What you need to do:

    Thinly chop up your mint, 2 tsp is about right (use more if you want it super refreshing). Next, cut your watermelon into rough slices/cubes and throw into your smoothie maker along with the raspberries and mint. Add your liquid, the more you add, the more viscous the smoothie, chuck in some ice if you want more texture and ….enjoy!
