Post-workout Date & Banana

Cashew-date-shakeWhat you’ll need:
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Cup vanilla protein powder
  • pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon, or both
  • pinch of sea salt
  • A small hand-full of cashews
  • 6 dates
What to do:
  1. Chuck everything into your blender, blend, pour and enjoy.
